Questions about a webinar or a certificate
Write to the support address below. Name the webinar, and if the question is about a certificate, include the certificate code - that code is what makes your question traceable.
A certificate that has not arrived
Certificates are issued once the organiser closes the webinar, not automatically at the end time on the schedule. If the webinar has been closed and yours is still missing, your recorded attendance was most likely below that webinar's minimum, or was never recorded at all.
